大家好，我是五孝班级的王慎乐，今天我分享的题目是《谋事不求易成，事易成则志存轻慢》。

Hello, My name is Leo. I come from Grade 5 Class B. Today I will share the topic—Don’t require to complete a task easily or we will be arrogant if the task is completed easily.

      这句话源于太湖大学堂信守中的第五条，其意思是：做事情不能只一味盲目的追求一帆风顺，这样会让我们的内心产生骄傲自大的倾向。用一个故事来印证这个道理，在公元前209年，由陈胜、吴广带领的农民大军，在大泽乡起义，成功在陈县自立为王，过程异常的顺利，但就在这接二连三的胜利中，陈胜就开始变得骄傲自大，不仅把打下的战功、财宝往自己身上揽，还把曾经跟他一起打天下的弟兄杀了，可想而知，最终陈胜的结局非常悲惨，被自己的车夫刺杀了，功名毁于一旦。

This sentence comes from the fifth principle of Tai Hu big school. It means that we can not only pursue success blindly when we do things or it will develop a tendency to be arrogant in our heart. Here I use a story to demonstrate this principle. Before the century of 209 year, Chen Sheng and Wu Guang led the farmer armies to rise up in Da Ze town. They made themselves as kings successfully in Chen county. The process was smooth very much. However, Chen sheng became arrogant in this succession of victories. He was not only snatched victories in battles and gathered up treasures but also killed the brothers he used to fight with. One can imagine that Chen Sheng ended in a tragedy at last—he was killed by his driver and all of his reputation was destroyed suddenly.

      所以不管什么时候，无论是顺境还是逆境，我们都要时刻保持着一颗平常心，只有这样，我们才能在成功的道路上，走得更长远。就拿学习来说，当我们取得好成绩时，不能沾沾自喜，要继续努力，保持谦虚的态度。因为只有不断进步，才能在未来的挑战中立于不败之地。反之，如果我们因为一时的成功而骄傲自满，就可能在不知不觉中失去前进的动力。因此，我们要时刻提醒自己，谋事不求易成，事易成则志存轻慢，只有这样，我们才能走得更稳，飞得更高。

Therefore, we should keep an usual mind whenever is in good or bad condition . Only in this way we can go father on the road to success. Take study for example, we should keep a humble attitude to study continuously instead of being pleased with yourselves when we get good grades. Only through making progress continuously, we can remain unfailingly in the future of challenges. Instead, we may lose the motivation forward unconsciously if we are proud of what we have succeed at present. Therefore we should remind ourselves that do not require to complete a task easily or we will be arrogant if the task is completed easily. Only through this way, we can walk more steadily and fly higher.

      在日常生活中，我们也常常面临各种各样的挑战和机遇。面对机遇时，我们不能盲目乐观，而应保持清醒的头脑，分析形势，制定合理的计划。面对挑战时，我们更不能轻言放弃，而应迎难而上，坚持不懈。正如古人所说：“满招损，谦受益。”只有保持谦逊的态度，我们才能在人生的道路上不断前行，最终实现自己的目标。

In our daily life, we also often face all kinds of challenges and chances. We should keep calm to analyse the situation and then make reasonable plan instead of being blindly optimistic when facing chances. We should face the difficulties persistently rather than giving up easily when facing challenges. Just as old saying that Full of loss and modest benefits. Only if we keep this humble attitude, we can keep moving forward on the road of our life and realize own goals finally .
